      There are a lot of people that are open minded and fun to work with... and there's huge potential within the whole group......

      Cons

      ..however, politics is literally killing the whole company and esp. the workplace environment. A lot of employees tried their best but you cannot move things forward when half of your board works against the other 50%. There has never been (in over 3y) an executable strategy which resulted in pressuring employees without knowing why and for what. This literally affected not only the product offering but also career opportunities, salaries, compensations...
