      Many things can learn. Might work beyond your job scope.

      Cons

      Nobody really care, not much help from superiors, lack of communication between departments. Funny that this kind of company still can survive in Singapore.

      Can cross train many roles, expect workload increase because of "people" don't do their job.

      Cons

      Very toxic working culture. Many not responsible for their mistakes. No KPI, no SOP, using low cost workers to maximize profit.
