      Pros

      Exceptional leadership and attention to quality. Customer First mentality. Incredible knowledge base and everyone genuinely cares and wants to help each other. Very nice place to work.

      Cons

      Due to it being international, time zone differences tend to make meeting times and open exchange of knowledge more difficult. Much of the Office training is done electronically which is fine, but will always be sub par to hands on training.
