Fun work, nice customers, they do provide a great service/product to their customers
Cons
Owner operated. Several owners makes too many bosses to answer to. Will give conflicting expectations. Very poor management skills. You will be asked to do unethical things- like deny that one of the owners even works there, or be asked how to hide revenues to avoid taxes.
