Pros

Genesis invests heavily into their new sales hires. There is an extensive training course including videos from the founders, assignments to help you structure your mindset, book readings w/ reviews, and a 50+ page custom training packet with tons of essential info. Even when you finish training, you still participate in a daily pre-game with all your teammates to prepare for the day and learn something new! The higher ups really want you to keep growing and learning to get better at the job.

Cons

Door knocking is not easy! You have to be prepared with your own water and snacks. Pay is completely commission based so you’ll have to always be at your best when you’re in the field. It’s extremely rewarding when the work pays off, but it may be hard for some to get over the initial learning and difficulty curve. If you’re well prepared physically and mentally, it gets much easier as you go.

Cons

Not for people that aren't willing to go all in!

Pros

lot of school people on this team. it’s pretty laid-back and now you get to work from home doing calls.

Cons

The company's approach to compensation is quite disappointing. They initially state a certain rate, but there are instances where employees do not receive the promised payment unless they consistently follow up. This lack of transparency and inconsistency gives off an unprofessional vibe. Despite attempting to present a professional image, the company's actions suggest otherwise. The interview process starts off promising, but the subsequent Zoom meeting involves a large number of people dominated by one individual. Despite claiming seven years of experience, the frequent changes in wages, procedures, scripts, call locations, and promotions make it seem like the company is newly established. The lack of stability and consistent policies makes it difficult to find a sense of reliability in this job.
