it's a job, although almost everyone ends up leaving due to insane stress levels.Company used to be AMAZING, FUN LOVING, CARING, then it was sold, and sold again, and being sold again. RUN
Cons
Zero concern for employees well being. Work hard? Great, work harder again next year. Must always out produce year prior. They are currently churning and burning through employees. Short term or long term employees, it does not matter.
