Pros
A tag for being led by IITians and working at a startup. Co-founders have a "always find a solution to a given problem" and "think outside the box" approach that sure does compliment and help in cultivating that as a habit.
Cons
A workplace biased towards IIT grads while other grads(including someone from Bangalore's top 4) are left to scavenge for learnings. Lack of opportunity for growth. Low regard for human life(seen by covid handling and work life balance). Leaders lack vision and executive suffer the consequences with unnecessary overtime while gaining no extra wages and no comp offs. No transparency between leaders and their team mates. Lack of appreciation(again biased towards IIT grads). They prefer hard work over smart work. Uncooperative with employees vocal of ill treatment. Over-rated leaders with under-rated executives. Leaders lack empathy. Massive appraisal difference between leaders and execs(over performing ones included)
