Great team of people who enjoy working with each other. Very capable people that will always go the extra mile

Cons

The MD is the root of evil. Put his last company into liquidation and took a lot of people's money A lot of unhappy customers

Pros

Can attract smart, technical people, pay is above average (hint: there's a catch)

Cons

Cutting corners is the name of the game; if you like to work on interesting projects and then be asked to do them in half the time allocated and without delivering a working solution, this is the place for you. Profit first and customer service last. There seems to be a severe case of Stockholm Syndrome permeating the organisation and the only time you collaborate with peers is to commiserate about the situation you've found yourself in.

Pros

Suits someone who just wants to get on with it and not be micromanged.

Cons

There isn't an office in Sydney so if you need to have poeple around this probably isn't for you.
