The managers are oblivious. They do not care nor show any respect towards the employees. They never give us any support or guide us through the issues in the workplace. It's really disappointing because they occupy leadership positions but act nowhere close to how a leader should. In fact, it wouldn't matter if the managers just decide to quit this company since we don't feel their presence anyway.

The management here does not value the employees. The benefits are lacking, and the pay is low. The managers never recognize the efforts of the employees, and they do not provide any other compensation.
