- Certain parts of the org feel like a startup within a bigger corp, more freedom to innovate and iterate quickly - Good culture of working together as software, firmware and hardware engineers to demonstrate features to leadership - Lots of talented engineers, good cooperative culture - Being able to work on cool projects and use the latest tech, little incentive to stay on some version from the stone ages - Good work/life balance, no CEO who sleeps in the factory and expects you to do the same
