Pros

I wanted to get back to the work force after a gap and genspark helped me with it . I joined their mainframe operator training and it was amazing .The training was a combination of both lecture based and hands on work. They have a amazing team and especially my customer care associate Diane Hopkins helped me throughout my journey . When ever I needed her help she was their to guide and support . My overall experience with genspark was exceptional and I will 100% recommend to join their programs .

Cons

I don't have any bad experience to mention .

Pros

My experience with Genspark was as follows (begin date: September 2021): -Training was excellent(my best ever). Trainer was well versed and an expert in the topic. Trainer answered every questions I had with highly detailed answers. -Resources related to program was provided and planned perfectly. Never had any issues with technical - Staff was highly helpful. Information about training, interviews, account setups was given to the trainees on timely manner and provided all the assistance the trainee needed. -Score cards were used to measure the students performance and gauging learning progress. (I really liked this) - The first week where trainees decide which path they want to take(in my case Oracle there were five paths, Hcm, ERP, DBA ) was highly critical. All the information was given about each paths that made deciding for trainees a lot easier. The staff really outdid my expections, with their presentation, answering questions, and having follow up assignments(homeworks). -Genspark created our customized resumes that highlighted our experience with them and they handled scheduling interviews. All I had to do was review the information taught. (This really saved me a bunch of time). -Class are kept engaging. Trainer asks many questions. -I have done many certifications in my life but Genspark, takes the cake by a wide margin, and because of them I found my dream job.

Cons

If there are any cons, they would be as follows: - Training was from (9am-5pm). I think lunch break could be extended to 45 minutes. We were given 30 minutes luch break and two 15 minute breaks. Though trainers will help you if you request that if you have any personal thing to take care of. - During Covid, all training was remote which was great for me. I think there might be a few individuals who would rather want in-person. To be honest, though remote was just as good as in-person.
