Opportunity to work on live servers. Opportunity to work with seniors and grow in terms of knowledge. Self learn and explore.

Miss corporate culture. Low pay scale. Shift rotation. Poor or No HR policies.

Not a bad for fresher, Friendly seniors, some of them are too good. Hope they will grow.
Cons
Projects are worst, Only one good project but for that you have to wait atleast 2 years if you are fresher, #2 years bond with a company which is not even registered. If you dont have anything in hand Geeks is for you. Payscale is toll low and no holidays, dont have even dinner or lunch break
