      I've made great friends and learnt a lot about a new business area (e-procurement)

      Cons

      May seem a contradicion but I've spent a great time in the Company due a great colleagues, great product and learning but, with time, I've discovered the hoax behind the scene. Not a really multinational (just PO boxes spreaded in the globe), ridiculous leadership just thinking in his own bank account (typical latin), sociopatic control over employees, mentality like "you earn according the ammount of hours you stay in the office", etc...

      Pros

      Now the company doesn't have any. But a few years ago it was a great place to work: nice colleges, good location, payment on time, productivity awards, 25 days vacation, and training.

      Cons

      Lack of long term vision, Lack of leadership, Lack of consideration for the clients, Lack of consideration for the workers.
