The job itself has really flexible availability and the lower management is lovely! If you like to work with kids and tourists, you might get more out of this.
Cons
You’re expected to learn and work 10+ different types of jobs all at once but get no speciality pay whatsoever, it’s £12.75 an hour, below London living wage. Many things just don’t work, in terms of guest experience and employee management, but upper management has a tight grip on how things are run and won’t budge, probably because many have little to no experience in the field.
