Good exposure to cutting edge technology through client projects
Cons
Pay is nominal, work life balance is low. Management gives us a felling that life would be cool with their policies but when it comes to implementation of them we will understand picture is different! management never listens to our concerns (thought they pretends they do!) . Some managers go to level of intruding into your personal space like how your dressing, you appearance etc which is a bit too much!
