      Despite my short period of time working with GECO Asia, the company provides good support to us developers. The compensation and benefits are good.

      Cons

      There were some issues about the deployment but all was resolved and was communicated thoroughly.

      Pros

      My experience with GECO was smooth and went beyond my expectations in terms of support, admin and finance updates, and guidance from both Talent Acquisition and Account Management. I also liked how easy and seamless it was to use their online system. It made attendance tracking simple, certificate of attendance approvals quick, and payroll viewing convenient.

      Cons

      Honestly, I didn’t encounter any major issues during my engagement with GECO.
