      GO FEDERAL or leave the company. Do not wait a year!

      Cons

      The company is racist and lacks diversity in their management. No bonuses regardless of excellence Terrible PTO accrual 0 hours your first year? and useless sick leave hours. When management changes, everything changes, New company weekly. CEO is cheap as the other reviewer said. fiftydollar bonus isn't much for 3 months of excellent work.

      Remote and offer health insurance

      -Low pay starting at $19/hr (when opting for health insurance) $25/hr (when opting out for health insurance) -Told there is potential for promotion to a Federal position but depending on which team your on, MgMt will announce federal positions that are open to federal contractors and some do not announce but inform employees they like to apply for open positions. So for any growth potential, you have to be “Liked” by leadership
