They treat you great, they really try to exercise "people first" principle.

Cons

They have a hard time maintaining and getting new clients. If your project is closed they are probably going to let you go.

I really enjoy working here. The company genuinely takes care of its employees and makes an effort to keep everyone happy. They organize fun activities, encourage team bonding, and always ask for our opinions and feedback. I feel valued and supported, and that makes a big difference in my day-to-day work.

Cons

Honestly, I don’t have any major cons. Like any company, there’s always room to improve, but overall it’s a very positive place.
