Where do I start. Once the honeymoon period was over I soon realised why there were so many new staff members in and out of the business. Very high staff turnover. I didn’t understand it at first because I had an ok relationship with management and got the work done. Once you are no longer a favourite or think differently to management they make it very obvious they no longer want you. This comes directly from the director of the business. I was ignored in front of other staff members and made to feel like I was incompetent. Looking back there was definitely workplace bullying and I wish I had spoken up.

Poor management, extremely higher staff turnover. Poor working conditions. No stability, heaven forbid you get a cold of have a medical appointment during or just after official working hours, as everyone was expected to work overtime for no compensation.
