Pros

(1) FullCycle is an offshore delivery centre of Izenda (Atlanta, US). Izenda is a small-sized average company in the US. (2) Complete work-from-home culture after COVID-19; it will be like that until the beginning of 2022.

Cons

*Warning: NO IMPORTANCE IS GIVEN TO THE EMPLOYEES OF FULLCYCLE. DO NOT JOIN THE COMPANY EVEN IF YOU ARE UNEMPLOYED!!!! (1) No one knows FullCycle in India (2) No autonomy to take decisions because two Americans who happen to be directors of Izenda are running FullCycle and they DON'T GIVE ANY IMPORTANCE TO US. (3) These two guys have the perception that WE are cheap resources and if one leaves their company, 5 candidates would be in-line to grab that position, but fortunately the positions are still vacant due to bonds while signing the contract and notice period while leaving the company. (4) 3-months of notice period; if you negotiate then atleast 1 lakh would be asked for compensation. Many ex-emplyees are still waiting to get their relieving letters and salary despite serving the full notice period. (5) Bond when you join it so no new hires since the last 7 months; we still have vacant positions (6) Only 5 to 8 percent increment after appraisals even if you hit around 12 productive and efficient working hours daily (7) The higher the difficulty to replace a resource in the short term, the higher is the increment which is only 8 percent. (8) No allowance to set up office essentials at home despite emailing them a hundred times. (9) You have to attend Zoom meetings everyday in the US working hours along with your Indian routine office time. So, overall it is from 9 am to 9 pm. (10) If there is a problem with your work station, you are solely responsible to get it fixed. Just go out, visit 10 service centres or whatever until it is mended. Keep in mind you have to bear the travel expenses if the customer care executive doesn't come to your premises. Aside from that, your laptop will only be replaced if it is dead. (11) The company has double standards and lie a lot!

Pros

Not a single benefits, It is full of cons, there is no limit of cons.

Cons

What I am writing is my personal experience and my only intention to write this review so that no one else feels trouble in his/her life. I never write feedback or review any of the company but I am writing this because I feel this may help someone. 1. I joined full-cycle as full time and when I joined the organisation I was having two other company offer letters but somehow they talked very nicely and they behaved very nicely, I was very impressed and joined the company. Early few days were very good but after they started showing their real face. They promised me that they would provide me the mac laptop but after two month when I asked for a mac update they told me it is not in company policy and they can't provide it to anyone. This is the first time I felt completely unprofessional . They could have told me the same thing on the first day but they wouldn’t tell you. Because they want you to join it. I worked 2 month in my personal mac laptop. 2.You will be assigned a non tech manager or business analyst and he/she may not know about tech, and he/she will treat you like a labourer. If you are stuck somewhere he/she will give you the tech advice to solve the tech problem. He/she will ask for the work update every 2-3 hour, so no rest. 3. Initial days if you decide that you will give your 100% and you will write a good quality code. In the next one month you will think the complete opposite and you feel that you are not learning anything. 4. Code quality is so poor and you have to work there, you most of the time will assign tasks to fix the bug only and bugs are not genius, they come because code is completely written bad quality and your job to clean, even if you have 10 years of experience, your job is to fix bugs and clean the code. 5. I have interacted with most of the current and previous employees, none of them are satisfied with the company, most of them wanted to quit the jobs but can't because of 3 month locking and one sided bond by the company. 6. Above just was a trailer of a film, a whole film is full of stress in work. You can't take a single day off even if you have, they will ask you to apply 15 days before, and even if you apply 15 days before it is up to them to approve or reject. One day I applied for sick leave and my manager soughted me, and she said why did you take leave, you have to apply for it 15 days before, I mean they would not believe that you were not well. Same happens with others as well. 7. At the movie end climax will come, even if you think you will go, they start behaving outsider, they would not let you go, they will send you legal notice and and even if you decided to leave, at the end they would not give your leaving letter, so what you worked on vanished. They will remove payslip access the day you gave the notice. 8. If someone's work and they aren't happy with their work they will fire on the same day without giving any notice or salary. 9. I personally served my notice period and in the notice period I was not allowed to take a single leave, somehow I completed the notice period but I did not get a salary and leaving letter. I have no option other than legal action on them. I am not the first who is taking legal action on them, there are many court cases which are running on them.10. One person who left when I joined he served the notice period but 1 Lac amount deducted from his salary, I knew because he sent an email to the whole organization with proofs and everyone knew this.11.  I have sent multiple emails asking for my leaving letters but they are not responding to single mail.12. No work culture in this company. Please friends at any cost do not join full-cycle even if you do not have any jobs, try other. Please please take my advice seriously, somehow if you joined here, please share your feedback for others to be aware.
