      Pros

      Social events - but rarely happen now due to offices relocating.

      Cons

      Poorly paid positions - probably the worst in the industry - but who cares? Free Jagerbombs will pay your bills. Absolutely no diversity or inclusion - don't be fooled Current deputy managing director is on a power trip - anything she can do to feel in power, she'll do. Including degrading others. A major "boys club" environment. Racist, sexist remarks from directors. This business won't last much longer.

      An opportunity to recognise how fortunate you have been to work elsewhere.

      Cons

      This company is run poorly by liars with no scruples. Incapable of effectively delivering on their vague promises to either clients or employees. I was genuinely shocked by the level of deceit that was regularly peddled. The management team are hopeless, in stark comparison to their staff who are forced to make it work in spite of a lack of good leadership. Credit to them for putting up with the boys club. I mean seriously, check out the companies the “directors” are involved with. Look at companies house. Seriously consider looking elsewhere, this company is going nowhere.
