Compensation was lower than average. They also started hiring too many managers with major egos who had no clue how to manage. They had a standing ‘no a$$holes’ policy which has sadly become ironic. Employees were being fired frequently - at least one a month - presumably to improve productivity and morale. Brilliant, eh?

Firstly, this company sells consumer information to companies to call and email them. It's lead generation. They claim to care about the "customer", but get that confused with the "consumer". Go to any one of their websites and submit a form with your personal information. Enjoy the endless stream of phone calls! Secondly, people are fired almost every month. They've even offered the entire company money to leave in an al hands meeting, if that doesn't explain the sentiment I don't know what will. People here come late and leave early. People here don't really care (why would you). People here are only here because the company is desparate to hire, so they offer decent salaries. No equity? What? This company is built to sell, and only the mgmt will get anything. It's not worth it. Take my advice, and the advice of others. Stay away. Stay far, far away.
