      Pros

      I'd definitely recommend working here. I stayed three years and only left to move into a different career path. Pros: - Excellent workplace culture with wonderful coworkers - Competitive salary - Autonomy and no micro-management - Lots of room for growth and felt rewarded for effort and wins - Really respected the leadership team; felt like they had smart business priorities and truly kept employees' best interests in mind

      Cons

      - High-achieving culture can be stressful; there's always a lot to get done and it can be difficult to prioritize/keep up at times - Autonomy in most roles means you need to be self-motivated - Lots of accountability and visibility in many roles; you definitely can't just skate by

      Pros

      - Leadership is really committed to sustainable growth and doing the best thing for the consumer - Lots of room to innovate. Emphasis on getting results, rather than getting bogged down in processes - Everyone is super kind — and super smart

      Cons

      - I honestly don't have any, and I'm not just saying that. This is a wonderful place to work.

      Pros

      Full Beaker allowed for remote work and tons of flexibility. Everyone is accountable for themselves, but the team dynamic is still strong. The people here are great.
