      Supportive teammates and helpful environment for beginners. Exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune management. Opportunity to develop troubleshooting and customer service skills. Clear processes and ticketing workflows using ServiceNow. Decent work-life balance for entry-level IT professionals.

      Cons

      Limited chances for advancement or new project exposure. Communication between teams could be improved. Pay scale is below average compared to market. Training on newer cloud technologies is minimal. Some management decisions lack transparency.
