Pros
It’s not a hard job to get if you’re really that desperate. Some free food (less than most restaurants like this will offer/allow)
Cons
Low tier food/drinks trying to pass as health food (questionable food safety standards, some “smoothies” on the menu are literally slushies which only consisted of ice and pre-made/bought syrupy liquid, overall unappetizing products); very little free food offered, which is usually one of the only benefits of working at a place like this; everyone else who worked there seemed pretty unhappy and management was strict and rude. I couldn’t do more than one shift there.
