Pros

Cons

Where do I begin? When Michael Murray took over as CEO he promised to focus on the people. And he did. He focused on making Frasers Group hell for the people. First he made everyone come in to the office 5 days a week with a threat of 'disciplinary action' if anyone refused. Then fingerprint censors were installed in the office to track everyone's whereabouts and making sure everyone did come into the office every day. It felt like being in prison. Salaries are well below market average, there are no benefits (except 20% off, but anyone can get that during all the campaigns being run throughout the year anyway) No sick pay. Minimum holiday allowance (20 days), no bonus or pay review (ever). If you're lucky enough to get a promotion it will take 6+ months from your line manager signs it off until HR has approved it (no back pay). In the meanwhile your line manager will make you work in the new position and keep feeding you lies that it will go through that month. You won't be allowed any salary negotiations. After the promotion has been signed off by HR they will tell you what you get and that's final.
