      Good pay and some good people

      Cons

      Ownership knowingly allows management to get away with homophobia and chauvinism No matter what anyone says it’s swept under the rug it makes it hard to go to work my heart breaks everyday i have to go into the office but i need the job for my family and i have no voice. Glass door may or may not post this but it’s the truth. Things have changed so much with the core values that the company has lost sight of what’s important, the people that work here!

      Good place to start

      Pros

      I have been with Frac Shack for a few years now, they have been able to keep fairly busy though the rough times in the oil feild,And no layoffs. Pay is good for what we do. And a good entry point for someone looking to get into the oil and gas industry.

      Cons

      Communication between management and feild staff is not great. There is no schedule so work life balance is tough. (They are working on making a schedule).

      Pros

      Very open and accepting company. They care about their employees and do all that they can to ensure anyone they hire isn't put in harms way due to the rigorous and demanding work they do. The company conducts surveys with employees to identify areas where they can do better and acts on the suggestions of their employees. Case-In-Point - 401K. The employees asked for one and the company responded.

      Cons

      I just read a review left by a previous employee. I must say, it is sad that narrow minded, disgruntled ex-employees can misinterpret their own shortcomings as those of the company, and leave bad reviews.
