Pros
Convenient location. Flexible work hours. Teamwork and support from Management and staff. Summer holidays off! I have been given opportunities within this company to grow and diversify my skill set. This is not something generally offered to someone "Over 50"
Cons
There is nothing negative about being employed at Fotoworks. I am very grateful for a full time position within such a cohesive company.

Pros
Great group of hard working photographers and support staff. Weekly team meetings lead by the Director are great way to keep the team on track and working towards a unified goal.
Cons
Dealing with the occasional unhappy customer is challenging, however employees are empowered to do their best to make sure a happy resolution is achieved.
