      Pros

      Nice open office space for front office, not so nice for back office

      Cons

      They expect you to work almost 10 hours for 5 days a week and make a big deal if you have to use any PTO. They micromanage crazily. Working here is not sustainable long term at all, doesn’t surprise me they have a quick turnover They leave no room for work life balance what so ever.

      They are an aggressive independent company focused on winning. They have robust processes in place They have world class business tools

      Cons

      They have two employees who have worked there for more than a few months. The remainder have turned over multiple times in the last couple of years. They don't appear to be financially stable. They can't keep their eye on the mission. They rarely follow their own processes. They use the tools to micromanage every single employee.
