Cons
Management thinks they know what they are doing, but the way people have quit the company and are fired for no apparent reason tells a lot about the culture and the mindset. I suggested them to hire a Growth Marketer. For 6 long months I kept saying the same thing but was ignored, they said they dont need a growth Marketer, they want to grow slow and steady. Today I heard, how they fired multiple sales people and set out to hire a growth marketer. Ironic. Racism, bad mouthing and demeaning behavior is what i felt victim to. Work at tims or at a starbucks if you have to, dont get your self esteem damaged by joining such a toxic workplace. Might affect your mental health, which they definitely dont care about.
