      Pros

      I really enjoy coming to work here. The office is always clean and well-maintained, everyone treats each other with respect. You don't have to deal with office politics or drama - people here are focused on doing good work and being professional. I appreciate how managers are being friendly and approachable.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels a bit too formal. I appreciate the professional atmosphere, but it can be hard to really get to know your coworkers on a personal level. We could use more opportunities to bond as a team outside of work discussions.

      The team from top to bottom is hands on and involved. There isn't an overburdening sense of hierarchy so your thoughts and opinions are heard. Very collaborative environment with a passionate people.

      Cons

      Tech heavy environment that makes being creative feel like you're on an island.
