      Nice people around, young culture.

      Cons

      Management. I have never experienced worse management. I think everyone knows in the company who is the main problem.

      Pros

      Vibrant culture, a lot of space to take responsibility and learn from very skilled people

      Cons

      It can of course become a bit too much if you don't manage to balance out things and always say yes to everything that is thrown at you, I don't see this as a con, it's just something you learn over time
