      Pros

      The company is developing products/services that will prove essential to all forms of commerce. This makes the work very interesting. Artificial Intelligence is key to this strategy and is not dependent on simple LLMs hosted by others. If I need any software/hardware/training/tooling the management team just provides it.

      Cons

      Too many good ideas and not enough resources available at this time to develop them all. Can make things frustrating when you can see the obvious short-term benefits.

      Pros

      Cutting edge analysis with some amazing people in both knowledge and skill. Employment contract was one page...! Clearly defined roles and responsibilities, full training with support and encouragement to take ownership and get the desired results.

      Cons

      A startup which may not appeal to everyone. But that said, a company with a clear idea of what they want and how they can sustainably get there.
