There are no cons for me

This company is for fresher and intern. Distressing working culture. Management are sometime support you and sometime they treat you like a trash. I never recommend anybody to join them. If you are intern then you can join this company because they are specialized in holding your salary. Actually they didn't hire a employee they just hire labour. If you are technical graduate and you want real survivor feel then you are most welcome in this company. Many of employee leaves this company within in 3 month of joining. I don't know what is the reason behind their leaving the company, but i am sure that they are talented and productive because they got better opportunity. In my case they first ask me to search another job(THEY HAD A BOND CONDITION OF 2 YEARS), after i got job and asked my Full and Final they refused to doing that.
