Pros
The people are amazing and all of them share their knowledge care-free amongst the team. You'll learn something new literally every day. Team buildings are especially cool cause once per year you travel somewhere to have a meetup. It's also pet-friendly and dogs are there to pet couple of times. Projects are also cool.
Cons
Clients tend to be 'right' and management doesn't stop that much. Hiring new people can get messy and people tend to come and go in a short span.
