      Pros

      Good compensation when the bonus is paid out, which usually happens Very caring people, a lovely bunch Emphasis on personal/professional growth

      Cons

      The transition that the company is going through is killing its soul. I'm sure it will work for some people but not the people who were hired by the co-founders. Most likely dissolved into the larger group sooner rather than later

      Pros

      An incredible place to work, a low-stress environment with true autonomy. If you want your career to move in a certain direction, there is nothing but support and encouragement to get you there. I started in a lower end position with hopes of moving up, and had countless doors open for me by colleagues and the leadership team to help me get there. If you are a self-driven person, this is your place to bloom. I can't say enough about the culture, everyone here is amazing, unique, and easy to work with. In an age filled with false advertizing, I was thrilled to find a workplace that really lived up to everything I was told in the interview process. Come one, come all - choose your own adventure, smile, and enjoy the ride!

      Rapid growth and merger into the JET Group has lead to some disorganization and blurred lines at times

      Pros

      - lot of things to learn - friendly coworkers - great benefits

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't seem to be going in the right direction. You have people who started in September and getting promoted to squad lead by January but their leadership skills are in the basement. Whereas there are other people who were made for the job but not getting the opportunity.
