Pros
The Managing Director, India is a great human being and decent at leadership skills. Low work load is a pro only if you are lazy. Use of Scrum/Agile methodology is a good thing Salary offered is decent Beautiful office premise Regular RNR and outings People are Modest in nature.
Cons
The senior managers have build a mafia of their own. A circle which becomes tough to break into, not because of your weak skill set, but because of the office politics which they have championed over the years. The technical team is over-dependent on few old employees who actually have now turned deprecated. They don't understand what new generation employees have to offer and often take it for granted.
