      Pros

      There is no pressure for work. You can work if you like, then all will give their work to you and you are answerable to the managment. If you do not work, just sit and relax. If you are from the SC (same community) nobody can challenge you.

      Cons

      The company is deducting appx 500/- from my salary for Employer benefit fund, but I do not see any benefit for me or any other employee. HR said the money will remain with company and we can not get it. The company is deducting PF and not deposited for six months. Can I get it when I leave the job? How can I claim the money deducted as employer benefit fund?

      Cons

      Very delayed salaries some times more then two months. Less recognition and appraisals. Managers treat developers like consumable resources not human beings. If you observe the official communication every where you will be called as resource not individual. Managers use very harsh language. They don't know how to fix the scope and context of a project sprint by sprint at the end they blame the developers saying you don't know how to code the logic and programming. Because of the poor forecasting and poor delivery management developers always suffer, ending up working more then 100 hours in a week.
