      Pros

      There is no pressure for work. You can work if you like, then all will give their work to you and you are answerable to the managment. If you do not work, just sit and relax. If you are from the SC (same community) nobody can challenge you.

      Cons

      The company is deducting appx 500/- from my salary for Employer benefit fund, but I do not see any benefit for me or any other employee. HR said the money will remain with company and we can not get it. The company is deducting PF and not deposited for six months. Can I get it when I leave the job? How can I claim the money deducted as employer benefit fund?

      There no pros except it is based in vizag for local people it is good ..may be

      Poor Hr policy . There will be no proper training during joining time , no one will respond in time late delivery of products Salary will come in middle of the month Notice period is 90 days and f and f they will take 6 months to release One of the worst company to work Recommended to not join and ruin your career
