If you observe the official communication every where you will be called as resource not individual. Managers use very harsh language. They don't know how to fix the scope and context of a project sprint by sprint at the end they blame the developers saying you don't know how to code the logic and programming. Because of the poor forecasting and poor delivery management developers always suffer, ending up working more then 100 hours in a week.
