Good to get into devices.

-good base salary -autonomy -straight forward OR procedure

Cons

-confusing hierarchy of company, you never know who to report to -basically non existent training program and when working with a device that holds lethal drugs, this is concerning -upper management has little understanding of product and the maintenance in the field it takes to service patients and clients -on 24/7 which is typical for most med device, but the working with the pain population this is heightened

There is never a good reason to accept a job here.

Cons

Upper management lacks basic understanding of how to run a successful company. They throw money at problems until it goes away or enough turn over happens that they can turn a blind eye for another 2 years. It’s a shame as the product is better then our competition but it fell into mismanagement with some individuals who ran things like it was 1980, money was endless and basic rules and laws did not apply to him. (Larry, former CEO I’m talking about you.) An unwillingness to adapt to changing times and hold individuals accountable for their basic job duties has run this company into the ground.

Decent opportunity for advancement, most of the non-management employees are friendly and there's some comradery

Cons

Management is extremely toxic and inexcusably clueless. Many of them have been with the company for many years and somehow still know very little about the products or policies. Extra warning for bright, young, recent grads to stay away. This company is vampiric, they will leech you of all of your promise and enthusiasm and leave you a cynical, jaded husk.
