      Toxic culture and poor pay create a fearful environment

      There aren't any in this company

      Cons

      - Poor remuneration and benefits package. Subpar US medical and 401 - Culture of fear (colleagues will disappear overnight with no notification besides their accounts being deactivated) - Toxic culture at board level, and within departments, extreme friction between different teams. - Fear-based approach, no concerns can be raised in fear of repercussions (other staff have "disappeared" for bringing up concerns).

      There are rightfully high expectations on the team to keep executing. There were some folks not up for the task (some of the disgruntled reviews here I imagine). If you want to work hard, this place is for you. If you want a cushy job, it's not
