Pros
Lots of opportunities for self development; the company is full of innovators with a great leader. Offices look really beautiful with everyone having chances to put their ideas forth.
Cons
The locations are not the best. The company is a very Chinese company; if you can't get used to the Chinese language/culture, Flexbot is probably not the place for you.
