Stuck in the past with very little foresight with how to grow a business in the modern day. Very little flexibility and poor work/life balance. Difficult for employees with a family and especially for women/mothers. Could be so much better.
Lack of diversity in age/race/gender in management results in clumsy culture and gender related incidents. There is no HR. Company struggles with management style
