Kitchen manager was always understanding and valued your work. Down to earth person.
Cons
Owner’s don’t care about their workers and just see you as help. One of them compared a waitress to a monkey because of a simple misclick on the POS. They will verbally yell at you like if you’re a child. I got there before the grand opening and it was a mess. Always felt like things were being changed without notice and everyone was like a chicken with their heads cut off. If they can find someone who is willing to get paid less for the same work you do, they WILL replace you.
