Pros

work from home is available

Cons

The work itself is not very fulfilling or well-structured. Salaries are not paid on time, which creates financial stress. HR behavior is unprofessional—often rude, condescending, and unapproachable without valid reason. Management sets unrealistic timelines and expectations. The exit policy is extremely poor. Final settlements are delayed for up to two months, and relieving letters are withheld if employees raise questions or concerns. There are several unethical and potentially unlawful practices, such as asking employees to submit undated cheques for “safekeeping.” Lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic employee respect makes this a very difficult place to work.
