      Pros

      I loved the food and atmosphere of First Watch Cafe, as a server loving the food helps sell it and enjoying the atmosphere makes work more enjoyable. Money was fairly good and I really loved that I had a 401k and I was apart of the EGGS program while I was in school.

      Cons

      Management was not well rounded in regards to how to treat all employees equally and maintain an organized, fair schedule. Management had favorites and had attitudes, weren't very professional or respectful.
