Awful people management. Long periods of time on the bench with zero meaningful engagement from anyone at the company. No social budget. Culture of gossip which has a poor impact on staff morale.

Free food provided once per day. Friendly and supportive colleagues. Ability to work remotely.

Cons

Little to no control over your projects. Projects are often completely unrelated to the original job description. Poor HR team. They appear more focused on finding reasons to dismiss employees than supporting them, and there is a culture of gossip. Promised bonuses are not always paid. The skills gained are not particularly transferable to other roles or industries.
