      Pros

      Opportunity to learn if you’re willing to lose self respect. You will get to meet new faces often within the company as the leavers are more than the joiners.

      Cons

      Micro management by the CEO and other C-Suite executives. Your opinion won’t matter to anyone and you will be left out of every conversation whether technical or non technical. Fake people everywhere. Diversity and inclusion will be the lowest ever in Ireland
