      Pros

      1. Environment to grow, learn and execute ideas. 2. Senior executives are super approachable and supportive. 3. Work culture is really friendly, and surrounded by encouraging peers and mentors. 4. One would enjoy all the opportunities to solve problems on a daily basis, and is very lively.

      Cons

      1. Clarity in roles and responsibilities can get tricky early on. 2. Very little monetary/resource benefits especially during the WFH phase, with moderate career promotions.

      Pros

      I had a great time at Fingent. The management and the leaders are very understanding and they give us plenty of opportunities to build our career. I've learned a lot in my 2 years over here. Everyone here supports and guides one another. The atmosphere here is a perfect combination of work and fun.
